Pneucon Brakes Pvt. Ltd. commenced its operations in 1981 as a manufacturing unit for TELCO’s Pneumatic Braking system. Subsequently, this unit was manufacturing and supplying resistant welding electrodes in Cu-Cr, Cu-Cr-Zr alloys.

In 2004, the unit became a full-fledged production facility after the addition of a Daewoo  3-Axis Vertical Machining Center manufacturing Dies and Tools for various customers. We today have in addition to our VMC and conventional machines (Lathes,Milling       and Drilling machines)- two CNCS (Turning Centers) that have been recently installed. We are currently operational in two   shifts and have ample spare capacity.

 
Pneucon is promoted by Mr. P. Srinivas and his family. Mr. Srinivas has over 4 decades of experience in manufacturing and is also the Chairman of Rapsri Engineering Industries Ltd. His areas of expertise range from Cold Drawing and Casting to Precision Machining.
